SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS
While we often have portrait sessions in our studio, many sessions are held on
location or in one of our favorite parks.Time of Day
Early morning and late afternoon sunlight is outstanding for location
photography. For studio sessions, anytime of day is fine, however small
children do best if the session does not conflict with a nap time..
Clothing
One should avoid bold patterns and very bright colors that may overpower the
image scene. Earth tones and muted colors work best. Black is
slimming, and women tend to photograph best in long sleeves.
Locations
Portrait sessions may be conducted at our studio, a location of our
recommendation, or a location of your choice.
